Grazie Trattoria presents the Napoli Pizza School in collaboration with Fernando
Fernando has worked in some of the best pizza places in the world, including with world champion Fabian Martin, who became world champion in pizza making in 2014. The course is based on demonstrations where participants learn to make real pizza dough and Italian pizza sauce, as well as the combination of toppings, cheese, and spices. Afterward, the students make their pizza under the guidance and then eat it with a good glass of light wine, beer, or other drinks.
