Grazie Trattoria presents the Napoli Pizza School in collaboration with Miguel

Miguel has worked in some of the best pizza places in the world, and has been leading the course for three years now. The course is based on hands-on demonstrations where participants learn to make authentic pizza dough and Italian pizza sauce, as well as how to combine toppings, cheese, and spices. Afterwards, the students prepare their own pizza under the chef’s guidance and then enjoy it with a good glass of light wine, beer, or another beverage of their choice.

The course lasts about an hour and a half. Now, all you have to do is show up, learn how to make the highest quality pizza, and enjoy with us. The price of the course is ISK 12,900. – An ideal gift for any occasion.
